2019 New York UN Study Tour: 20-26 October
Be part of only 10 people to experience the inner workings of the UN at its base in New York City – in a tour led by former St Kitts and Nevis Ambassador to the UN and UN staffer, Carlisle Richardson.
Our group will meet with high level UN officials and representatives of international organisations which link into the UN.
We will tour UN headquarters and sit in on the UN in session.
Participants will also have the chance to meet – formally and informally – with Australians working for the UN and the international system. Find out how their career paths and what advice they have for you own career.
2018 participant, Dani Pallister, said the tour provided “unique insight into the priorities, plans and projects of the UN and its agencies” and gave participants the chance to “make connections and learn from people working within the organisation, including many Australians”.
The tour costs $5950 per participant and this includes four star accommodation (with breakfast) in the heart of New York City; group welcome and farewell dinners and all tours.
