The UNAA Victoria team has delivered the immersive Language Model United Nations Conferences for 2026. Over the next three weeks there will be 11 conferences in six languages, French, Chinese, German, Indonesian, Italian and Japanese.
We were very pleased to have the respective Consuls-General and consulate representatives to open each language conference. Thank you to Mr Tokuro Furuya (Consul-General of Japan in Melbourne), Mr Michael Pearce SC (Honorary Consul-General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Melbourne) Counsellor Ding Li (Consulate-General People’s Republic of China in Melbourne), Ms. Paule Ignatio (Consul-General of France in Melbourne).
We are grateful to all the teachers for preparing and inviting their students along, and many thanks and congratulations to the students for participating.
