Nominations for the 2012 UNAA World Environment Day Awards are now open. Individuals, organisations and businesses working for sustainability and the environment in their homes, schools and workplaces are encouraged to apply.
Media Peace Awards
Finalists of the 2011 Media Peace Awards have now been announced. Winners of the 2011 Awards will be announced at the Awards Presentation Dinner, hosted by Virginia Triolli ABC News Breakfast, to be held at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne on Friday 21 October. Nominations for the 2012 UNAA Media Peace Awards will open 1 July, 2012. Australian journalists and producers whose work highlights and champions human rights, humanitarian and social justice issues are encouraged to apply.
